Transit Signals · Creator Programme
Creator Programme Agreement
Version 2026-10-01 · the programme covers the 2027 Transit Map (app.transitsignals.com/2027)
In short: you share your link; when someone buys through it, you earn a percentage of the sale after tax. Refunds reduce what you earn. We pay you once you reach your threshold. Be honest with your audience, do not cheat the numbers, and we will get along. We can pause or end the programme, or your part in it, at any time.
1. Who we are, who you are
"We" are Araucaria sp. z o.o., ul. Małej Łąki 8/23, 02-793 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001258468, tax identification number (NIP) 9512653744, the operator of Transit Signals. "You" are the person or business that applies to the Creator Programme. You accept this agreement by ticking the box in the application. We keep a record of the version, the time and the network address of your acceptance.
You confirm that you are at least 18, that what you tell us about yourself is true, and that you have one account only.
2. The programme
We sell the 2027 Transit Map at app.transitsignals.com/2027. You get a personal link to that page. When a visitor who came through your link buys, you earn a commission under this agreement. The programme covers this product only unless we say otherwise in the portal. We decide freely whom to accept, and we may change, pause or end the programme at any time.
3. Your terms
- Your commission rate and your payout threshold are set by us when we approve you, after talking to you, and are shown in your account. The rate is a percentage of sales; it may be a single percentage or a scale that depends on the volume of your sales. What your account shows is what applies.
- We may change your rate or threshold for the future by telling you in the portal or by e-mail. A change never alters the commission on sales already credited to you.
4. What counts as your sale
- A visitor who opens the product page through your link is credited to you for the attribution period shown in the portal (30 days unless it says otherwise). If the visitor later comes through another creator's link, the later link counts.
- A sale is credited when the payment provider confirms the buyer's payment.
- These are not sales and earn nothing: purchases by you, your household, your staff or anyone acting for you; orders paid in full with a promotion code; test orders; orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent; orders obtained in breach of section 8.
- Our records of clicks, orders, refunds and amounts are the basis of every calculation and are final, save for obvious error. You see them in your dashboard.
5. Commission
- The commission is your rate applied to the net amount of a sale: the price the buyer paid, less the taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) collected on it. It is calculated when the sale is confirmed, in the currency of the sale.
- A commission becomes payable only after the holding period shown in the portal (14 days unless it says otherwise) has passed since the sale, so that refunds can be taken into account first.
- Commission is your only remuneration. You bear all your own costs.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and corrections
- If a sale is refunded or charged back, in whole or in part, its commission is cancelled.
- If the commission was already paid to you, it becomes a debt to us: we deduct it from your next payouts, and if there is no next payout you repay it within 14 days of our request.
- If refunds or chargebacks from your link are unusually frequent, or we have reason to suspect that sales through your link are not genuine, we may withhold your payouts while we look into it, and cancel the commission on the sales concerned.
- We may correct any commission credited by mistake.
7. Payouts
- You may request a payout in the portal when your payable commission reaches your threshold. One request may be open at a time.
- Each request produces a statement listing the sales, the net amounts, the rate, the commission and any deductions.
- If you run a business, you issue an invoice to us for the amount of the statement, quoting its number, and upload it in the portal. We pay within 30 days of receiving a correct invoice.
- If you take part as an individual, we pay on the basis of the statement, without an invoice. Where we must pay or withhold taxes or contributions on such a payment, we deduct the share shown in your account and on the statement and pay you the rest.
- You alone are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes and contributions due on what you earn, in the country where you are resident.
- We pay to the payout method in your account. Your bank's or payment service's fees are yours. We may ask for documents needed to pay lawfully (for example proof of identity or a tax residence declaration) and hold the payout until we have them.
- A balance that you have not requested within 12 months after your account is closed lapses.
8. What you may and may not do
You may share your link in your own channels and describe the product truthfully, in your own words. You must not:
- buy through your own link, or arrange purchases that are later refunded, or create clicks or sales that are not genuine, by any means (bots, incentives, paid traffic of no real interest, fake accounts);
- run paid advertising on our name, our product's name or confusingly similar terms, or present yourself as us or as our employee;
- send unsolicited messages (spam), or post your link on coupon, cashback or deal sites;
- make any promise or claim that our own product pages do not make, in particular about health, money, relationships or future events, or offer discounts we have not given you;
- use the link next to content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets minors;
- break the rules of the platforms you use or the law. Where the law or a platform requires you to disclose a paid partnership, you disclose it.
You are solely responsible for your content and for how you promote the product.
9. Pausing and ending
- You may leave the programme at any time by writing to us.
- We may pause or close your account at any time, with notice by e-mail. A paused or closed account earns no new commission.
- If you breach section 8, or we reasonably suspect that you did, we may close your account at once, cancel all commission that has not been paid, and reclaim commission paid on the sales concerned.
- Otherwise, commission that is payable when your account closes is paid under section 7, after the holding period and less any deductions under section 6.
10. Our name and materials
For as long as you are in the programme, you may use the names "Transit Signals" and "2027 Transit Map" and the images we provide for the programme, only to promote the product and only as we provide them. You gain no other right in them, and you stop using them when your account closes.
11. No promises; our liability
- We do not promise any level of sales or earnings, nor that the product, the page, the link or the portal will be available or free of errors at all times. We may change the product, its price and its page at any time.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost earnings or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you under or in connection with this agreement is limited to the commission we paid you in the three months before the claim arose.
- You will compensate us for claims, fines and costs that arise from your content, your promotion of the product or your breach of this agreement.
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Independent parties
You act in your own name and on your own account. Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, agency or a franchise, and you have no authority to bind us. The agreement is not exclusive: you may work with others, and so may we.
13. Data
We process your name, e-mail, channel, country, billing and payout details and the statistics of your link in order to run the programme, to pay you and to meet our legal duties. You never receive personal data of buyers: your dashboard shows dates and amounts only. Details are in our privacy policy.
14. Changes to this agreement
We may change this agreement by publishing a new version in the portal. We tell you by e-mail or in the portal at least 14 days before it applies to you, unless the change is required by law or works in your favour. If you do not agree, you may close your account before it applies; using your link after that date means you accept the new version.
15. Law and courts
This agreement is governed by Polish law. Disputes are decided by the court having jurisdiction over our registered office in Warsaw, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer. If a provision of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains in force.
